Lease of a Takapuna Office Premises
Dave Lane has done several leases for us over the years, but this one takes the cake!!
We were intending to convert the top floor of our office building into an apartment, but after many months of protracted correspondence with the Council, decided to reinstate it as office space.
Dave called regarding a lease he had recently completed for us and I mentioned another floor was coming available for lease in the next few months. He immediately asked if he could call by in five minutes to check it out, so I said all good. He arrived and within a few minutes said he probably had the perfect tenant for this space. Within five minutes Dave had arranged with the tenant to check it out, tenant arrived and said he will take it.
This must surely be a record for leasing in New Zealand! Total of 15 minutes to achieve a lease! This is why I always contact Dave first for any of our listings!
